Will the Army recognize a foreign marriage certificate?

I am a U.S. citizen by birth, and I recently spent some time volunteering in Africa. While I was there, I met my Fiancee, and we are planning on getting married in her home country in December. My question is, If we get a legal marriage and I submit the certificate to the Army, will the Army recognize it so that I can start getting BAH and BAS? Also, my marriage is 100% LEGITIMATE! I want nothing to do with marriage Fraud or Scams!
